Rosally Saltsman is an Israeli author and journalist who writes personal essays, short stories, articles and educational books on Jewish religious and spiritual themes. She has also compiled a number of anthologies of short pieces related to specific aspects of Jewish thought and life. Her latest work, Don’t Cry, You’re a Jew, is a two-volume collection of inspiring, true stories of Jewish pride, resilience, and courage. This week we’re speaking with Rosally about the book, and also with Linda Hirsch, whom we have interviewed several times about her work with Cuban Jews, and who contributed one of her stories to this anthology.
