Dr. Sam Abudarham: The Jewish Community in Gibraltar

ENGLISH CORNER, CON LINDA JIMÉNEZ – Gibraltar, as you know, is a British Overseas Territory, located at the southern tip of Spain. It has an area of only 2.3 square miles, or 6 square kilometers, about one-fifteenth the size of Manhattan. At the foot of its famous rock there is a densely-populated city area, which is home of about 30,000 people. On a recent trip, we spoke with Mr. Sam Abudarham, who is a retired university professor and speech therapist, and a very active member of the Jewish community.
