ENGLISH CORNER, CON LINDA JIMÉNEZ – This week’s trivia question:  What was the official name of the Jewish labor union in Dublin?

Alexander Vard is a historian, tour guide and graphic designer based just outside Dublin, Ireland, where he lives on a barge with his two cats Frida and Diego. He was educated in Trinity College and Edinburgh University and he currently works for a Dublin-based charity as their resident graphic artist. Taking advantage of his singular knowledge of Jewish Dublin, in 2017 Alexander started a walking tour company focusing on Dublin’s Jewish quarter, known as Little Jerusalem.
