The Haberman Institute for Jewish Studies is located in Rockville, Maryland, and is one of the primary addresses for high quality adult Jewish learning opportunities in the Greater Washington D.C. area.  The mission of the Institute is to provide adults with high quality, in-depth encounters with Jewish thought, history, and culture. All the programs were originally held in person, but since the pandemic they are available online.  We spoke with Elaine Amir, President of the Board of Directors, about the Haberman Institute and its many varied programs offering quality lifelong Jewish learning.
